Slat abrasive wheels – The major advantage of polishing
The abrasive slat wheels consist of radial tabs fixed on a hub. This hub can be bore or mounted on a rod to facilitate use. The flexibility of the slatted wheels, whether in canvas or in detail, allows them to adapt to all shapes, thus ensuring a perfect regularity of the finish and a great ease of adaptation to the tasks to be performed. These abrasive slat wheels are particularly effective for cleaning operations after satining, preparation before polishing, as well as cleaning after machining and light deburring. Available in diameters ranging from 15 mm to 80 mm and with rods from 3 mm to 8 mm, these slatted wheels can be adapted to the shape of the piece to be polished, guaranteeing a perfect finish. With particle sizes ranging from P40 to P320, they are compatible with a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, composites and wood.

Compact and convolute abrasive wheels – For robust and durable work
The compact abrasive wheels or convolute wheels consist of a central core with several layers of nonwoven nylon, impregnated with a binder and loaded with silicon carbide abrasive grains. These wheels are mainly used to remove burrs, rust and oxides on steel, stainless steel, titanium and other special alloys. Thanks to their compact design, they are particularly suited to the turrets established for polishing, finishing and deburring applications. The convolute abrasive wheels are also effective in finishing a striped look or preparing surfaces before applying decorative finishes.
